Transport Coordinator

Job details/Mô tả công việc:

• Ensure adherence to safety standards, SOPs, and site procedures. Conduct safety checks and escalate exceptions as needed.

Đảm bảo tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn an toàn, SOP và quy định tại điểm giao hàng. Thực hiện kiểm tra an toàn và báo cáo các ngoại lệ nếu có.

• Allocate trucks, ensure on-time and in-full deliveries, monitor vendor performance, and resolve operational issues promptly.

 Điều động xe, đảm bảo giao hàng đúng giờ và đầy đủ, theo dõi hiệu suất nhà cung cấp và xử lý các vấn đề vận hành kịp thời.

• Track delivery status, manage documentation, report incidents, and support daily transport operations.

Theo dõi tình trạng giao hàng, quản lý chứng từ, báo cáo sự cố và hỗ trợ hoạt động vận chuyển hàng ngày.

• Collaborate on root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to enhance service quality and efficiency.

 Phối hợp phân tích nguyên nhân gốc rễ và triển khai hành động khắc phục để nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ và hiệu quả.

• Foster a professional service culture, support compliance efforts, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

 Xây dựng văn hóa dịch vụ chuyên nghiệp, hỗ trợ tuân thủ quy định và duy trì mối quan hệ tốt với các bên liên quan.

Requirements / Yêu cầu:

• College or university degree in a relevant field

Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng hoặc đại học chuyên ngành liên quan

• From 1- 3 year of experience in operations, or fresh graduates are also welcome

Có từ 1- 3 năm kinh nghiệm vận hành, hoặc chào đón sinh viên mới ra trường

• Customer-oriented: Focused on identifying and meeting customer needs in a friendly and efficient manner
