Job Description

Reporting to the State Operations Manager of Winning Services, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring our WA delivery and installation team. In this role, you will drive your team to ensure we deliver on our mission to provide the best shopping experience in the world. Every action, decision, and step you take will always focus on safety, service, and cost—in that order.

  • Lead the delivery and install teams in WA, including supervisors and driver trainers.
  • Mentor your team and keep everyone aligned with our strategy and customer focus.
  • Set your team up for success with training, inductions, and an open, trusting environment.
  • Improve processes, efficiency, and safety to boost the Net Promoter Score.
  • Support new tech rollouts and ensure compliance with standards and safety.
  • Motivate the team to hit KPIs and support individual growth.
  • Handle performance reviews and disciplinary actions when needed.
  • Plan fleet capacity, solve issues with the Head of Customer Experience, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders while cutting costs and driving growth.

  • Extensive problem-solving ability
  • Experience managing budgets and reducing business costs
  • Excellent people leadership skills with a proven track record of improving productivity

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong influencing and leadership skills
  • Results and target-driven with a proactive, can-do approach
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office/Google Workspace programs and the use of large ERP/WMS/TMS systems

Additional Information

  • Permanent full-time position.
  • Monday to Friday 5:30am - 1:30pm
