We have an exciting opportunity for a Transport & Administration Coordinator to join our Aftersales team based in Malaga, WA. This role is responsible for coordinating day to day transport activities for the branch while providing reception and administration support.We offer:

Your responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily transport movements and liaise with transport providers to ensure smooth handover.
- Manage transport bookings, quotes and documentation for a well documented and transparent process.
- Communicate transport updates and delays to internal and external stakeholders.
- Process transport dockets, invoices and receipting with accuracy.
- Provide reception duties including answering phones and greeting visitors to our branch.
- Support accounts payable and general branch administration.
Requirements for success:
- Experience in a similar role in logistics or transport coordination
- Strong administration skills with demonstrated experience in adminstration
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer focused with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration (preferred)
