YPrime's Localization team is searching for a Translations Coordinator to work closely with our project teams on the localization and translation of our eCOA services. You will be based in our Sandwich, Kent office.

- Bachelors Degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Foundational knowledge of the principles of the Software Development Lifecycle
- Project Management experience preferred
- Prior experience in translation/localization, pharma/biotech, or CRO industry preferred
- Prior eClinical experience, specifically eCOA or EDC preferred
- Multi-lingual preferred
Here are some more details about the job:
- You'll work as part of a cross-functional team to establish and meet localization requirements and various study language deadlines
- You'll work in coordination with the Operations team, assist with study design and coordinate the initiation, review and approval of study documentation, and participate in internal and external specification review review meetings
- You'll create and maintain a Localization tracker, actively seeking out submission deadlines and site-open dates to ensure feasibility and prioritization of tasks
- You'll create and communicate realistic timelines and update along the way as necessary, providing timely status updates to both internal and external study teams
- You'll serve as an escalation point for any internally - or externally- reported localization updates or impediments; owning the impediments on behalf of the team and derive to a resolution, using all available resources
- You'll liaise with and manage the Translations Vendor to ensure various study deadlines are met for all applicable languages
- You'll use company software to export/import test for translation along with additional documents as necessary, ensuring Sponsor-specific considerations are communicated to all parties
- You'll participate in system ad-hoc testing, ensuring system design meets localization requirements.
- You'll work with the Operations team to proactively identify base system bugs and initiate system fixes
- You'll create, delegate and manage individual language tasks on the Translation project management board, assigning and providing support to translations Assistants as required
- You'll manage and perform software releases in the development and validation environments
- You'll perform quality assurance on language tickets, ensuring that all issues are investigated and communicated to either Translations Vendor or Translations Assistant as applicable
- You'll provide localized documents to Sponsors for approval and upload to internal document management software
- You'll work in coordination with the Project Management team and external study team to establish a plan for language deployment, prioritizing based on study requirements
- You'll initiate and manage localization testing to ensure accurate and timely deployment
- You'll prioritize workload whilst overseeing multiple project simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, proactively monitoring and adjusting prioritization of language tickets and required
