The Transitions & Data Management Specialist plays a hands‑on operational role within the Transitions Team, supporting the financial onboarding and offboarding of community associations across North America. This position focuses on executing transition tasks, managing financial data, coordinating documentation, and ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the transition lifecycle. Candidates must meet Associa’s credit requirements.
Preferred QualificationsJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute all tasks related to association transitions in and out, including data collection, validation, and entry
- Gather, organize, and maintain required financial and operational documents for each transition Out and data management request
- Work closely with CSSC teams, community managers, and other internal departments to ensure seamless transitions out process
- Identify discrepancies or data issues and resolve them promptly or escalate as needed
- Follow established workflows, timelines, and service-level expectations for all transitions and data management activities
- Use internal financial and data systems to input, track, and validate transition information
- Handle escalated issues or requests from leadership at the Client Shared Services Center and/or Branch
- Maintain Department Key Performance Indicator (KPI) as required
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Very detail-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms.
- Clear, professional communication with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to troubleshoot data issues and identify root causes
