For Linklaters Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the Transition Manager role.
About the Team
You will join Linklaters Global Solutions (LGS) as part of the team of transition, transformation, and process excellence specialists, focused on delivering change in an international, cross-functional environment. As Transition Manager, you will work independently within established methodologies and frameworks, drawing on your experience and strong stakeholder management skills to drive successful outcomes. You will oversee the planning and execution of transition projects, promote professional communication, and deliver process improvements in partnership with colleagues across global teams.
You will be responsible for:
Transition planning and execution:
Planning, coordinating and managing process transitions for various functions and locations,
Developing and tracking detailed transition project plans, setting clear milestones and creating high quality outcomes,
Defining the transition approach, methodology and managing stage gate deliverables,
Monitoring progress and reporting performance against agreed timelines and objectives,
Proactively support and advise the business teams at every stage of transition, apply best practice and drive the change from transition discovery and scoping to stabilisation phase,
Implementing and overseeing key performance metrics through dashboards and reporting tools,
Identifying and mitigating risks throughout the transition programme,
Ensuring transition delivery meets high quality standards and objectives.
Transformation delivery:
Applying process mapping and process analysis tools and methodologies to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement,
Defining scope, timelines and sizing of the transformation initiatives,
Supporting business case development, requirements gathering and post-implementation benefit tracking,
Identifying and driving standardisation opportunities across markets, departments and business functions,
Supporting effective change management projects, using change readiness, impact, and stakeholder assessments,
Ensuring all transformation activities comply with internal processes, standards, and regulations,
Managing risks through proactive identification of owners and developing mitigation plans,
Project managing implementation of transformation initiatives.
Stakeholder management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
Regularly aligning with stakeholders to understand their needs, priorities and evolving expectations
Maintaining open and transparent communication, providing proactive updates on progress and challenges
Apply if you:
Have 4+ years of relevant experience in managing or supporting delivery of transformation projects, process transitions and change initiatives gathered in an international, diverse environment, preferably within a professional services area,
Good understanding of GBS, SSC, or BPO delivery models, business functions, and change management techniques,
Have 4+ years of relevant experience gathered in an international, diverse environment, preferably within a professional services area,
Have practical experience in stakeholder management at different levels of organisational structure, engagement planning and ability to collaborate and influence cross-functionally at all levels,
Understand change management approach and techniques,
Thrive working as part of a diverse team - valuing collaboration, cultivating relationships, and bringing people together for collective success,
Are confident using English (C1/C2) to engage clearly and appropriately with stakeholders at all levels across the organization,
Are highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, using these tools for analysis and presentation,
Have a strong drive for achieving goals and delivering measurable outcomes, demonstrating accountability for performance,
Adapt swiftly in a changing environment, managing ambiguity with a positive and flexible mindset,
Proactively drive, promote and implement changes and innovation within the organisation, while helping others to adapt into a new ways of working,
Have an analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities and strong stakeholder management capabilities.
