Job Description
The Transition Manager role is an initial 6-month post needed to:
📋 Determine TO LTQR requirements to hand over.
⚠️ Identify risks to ensure suitable mitigation measures can be implemented.
🗂️ Using the Risk Register and developed programme, develop an Exit Plan.
📣 Develop Communications strategy for Programme Run down and completion
🤝 Stakeholder Engagement across Partners, and Demanders
🧭 Maintaining a live Transition Programme
📌 Identify Key communication points in the programme (such as EWN’s etc) to make sure transition/Exit is suitably managed.
🛡️ Own the Risk Register as well as manage and coordinate the discharge of risks.

Additional Information
**Security clearance**
This role requires the successful candidate to hold a minimum of a Security Check (SC) clearance without any caveats to that clearance.
Due to the nature of work this role will be delivering and for the protection of certain assets, the successful candidate has to be a UK national or in MoD approved cases a Dual National from a non-ITAR country.
