What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate people and processes to ensure the timely completion of client onboarding or “service transition” projects.
  • Review client purchase agreements for accuracy and deliverability.
  • Adhere to the Service Transition Framework and processes and enforce Dataprise and Service Transition standards.
  • Communicate with internal and external resources at all levels of management and technical acumen.
  • Create and execute project work plans and revise them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements (Asana).
  • Identify resources needed at the project level and assign individual responsibilities to Transition Engineers or others as needed.
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and resolve issues that arise.
  • Ensure project artifacts are complete, accurate, and stored appropriately.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and project updates.
  • Minimize exposure and risk to Dataprise and clients during transitions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Strive to enhance the department and organization by exhibiting ownership and exploring opportunities that add value to job accomplishments.

What Skills & Experience You’ll Need:

  • 3+ years of IT service transition and/or project management experience.
  • Experience with tools such as ConnectWise, IT Glue, Kaseya VSA, and Asana.
  • Basic understanding of networking, virtualization, servers, general IT, and IT managed services.
  • Proven leadership, management, analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.
  • Demonstrated, proven, and polished "soft skills," including:
    • Diplomacy and the ability to navigate corporate environments
    • Self-confidence with the ability to influence others
    • Outstanding interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
    • An aptitude for technology
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Current PMP or ITIL Foundation certifications are strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business area preferred.
  • Commensurate experience working for a Managed Services Provider (MSP).

Compensation:

Each employee will be compensated in line with their specific scope of responsibility, skill level, and educational background, in addition to the projected impact on the success of the Company.
  • We have a comprehensive Compensation Management System which establishes the guidelines we use in making compensation decisions and is comprised of compensation policies, salary structures, salary grades, incentive target guidelines, job descriptions, and career charts.
  • This position’s Salary Range is $75,000-$90,000 (NOTE: this is the range at the national average level; specific salaries offered will be adjusted higher/lower due to the local labor market of the candidate. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons).
