We are seeking a Transition Coordinator in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan who is highly detail-oriented, has a positive attitude, and is self-motivated. Responsibilities include onboarding of additions to our portfolio, correspondence with clients, data collection, file and document organization, and more. The ideal candidate is an organized problem solver with strong time management skills.
You Have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong email and telephone etiquette
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Prior administrative experience
- Property management experience preferred
