Job Summary:
In this role, you’ll work across the entire change lifecycle, collaborating with stakeholders from various teams to successfully deliver new ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply the structured Sonoco change management framework to develop and execute Change Management strategies, plans, and deliverables in collaboration with Project Managers and Continuous Improvement Leads.
- Contribute to improving the Sonoco Change Management framework through feedback, insight and researching the change management landscape
- Plan, Develop and implement change management plans. Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders. Create and execute communication plans to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
- Subject Matter Expert in the execution of key change management tools i.e. Impact Assessments, Stakeholder Analyses, Business Readiness Plans, and Adoption Tracking.
- Work collaboratively with the rest of the division to ensure our services alignment to . In particular the EPMO team
- Work in partnership with the Training, engagement and development team to design and deliver training programs to build change management capabilities within the division and/or organization.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
- Developing tailored training materials to support the adoption of new systems and processes for different audiences, including senior management and colleagues.
- Identify and manage potential risks and resistance to change.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.
- Keep up to date with latest Change management trends and insights
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
