We are a local family-owned and operated company seeking a Team Lead to assist with packing, sorting, organizing and leading the team. Caring Transitions of Euless specializes in downsizing, estate sales, relocation services, and online auctions. This is a great opportunity for those who love to help others and are great at finding hidden treasures! We typically schedule jobs at daytime hours during the week and Saturdays. 

Pay: $13-$15/hr

Hours: Part-time, Flexible hours

Job description (including, but not limited to):

  • Sort, organize and pack household goods to be moved or sold
  • Perform research on merchandise to determine the fair market value
  • Safely pack and unpack goods
  • Moving supplies/moving boxes within the client's home
  • Staging & preparing homes for sale
  • Interacting with clients, their families, and other coworkers
  • Lifting of boxes/decor and some furniture within the home
  • And more, no 2 days are alike!
  • Managing client projects, communicating with clients and team members.

Job Requirements (including, but not limited to):

  • Must be able to lift 30 pounds and help with moving furniture.
  • Must have a valid drivers license and reliable source of transportation
  • Must be able to stand and work for long periods of time
  • Access to a computer for scheduling, time-keeping & project management apps
  • Must be available to work 3-4 days per week from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM 
  • Must have experience managing people, working with older adults and a compassionate heart
