As a global leader in sustainable energy solutions, we’re seeking a dynamic and quality-driven professional to join our High Voltage Services team in the U.S. as a Quality Manager. This is an onsite role based in Earth City, MO, with a hybrid work option available depending on business needs and individual circumstances.
In this position, you’ll be the driving force behind our quality culture, ensuring that our systems, services, and teams consistently exceed expectations. You’ll lead initiatives that improve operational efficiency, coach teams on industry-leading quality tools, and ensure compliance with rigorous standards. Your work will directly impact the safety, reliability, and sustainability of high voltage infrastructure that powers millions.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Lead the deployment of quality strategies across High Voltage Services operations
Coach teams on problem-solving tools like 8D, RCA, and non-conformance management
Manage internal audits and ensure ISO certification compliance
Analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Collaborate across business units to harmonize and digitize quality processes
Support warehouse inspections and ensure audit readiness
Champion customer feedback through CCRP and survey analysis
Document and standardize best practices for continuous improvement
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
Your Background
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
5+ years of experience in business operations and quality processes
3+ years of experience with ISO certification and auditing
Strong communication and leadership skills with a customer-first mindset
Experience in cross-functional collaboration within industrial or energy sectors
Familiarity with SAP is highly preferred
Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
