Job Description

The BI Strategy Analyst is responsible for developing and monitoring market, performance and process analyses to support the setting and management of Transformation & Strategy Dept. activities geared toward the evolution and innovation of the company's business strategy and organizational model.
Its main responsibilities are:
1) ensure accurate business intelligence of market trends and competitor behavior through online and offlline sources/channels from an omnichannel perspective
2) monitor performance and process analysis in accordance with the company's revenue and profitability goals
3) support organizational changes with a view to continuous improvement and updating of business processes in order to achieve Business objectives through control actions, analysis and modeling

Qualifications

  • Adopts behaviors and promotes actions operational/cultural for Sustainable Development,understood as the interconnection of practices oriented towards the Care of the Environment,Business Processes and Organizational Community
  • Promotes the development of training/learning of the Role through self, digital and collaborative learning activities aimed at innovation and improving the eectiveness and eciency of one's Responsibilities
  • Promotes, adopts and develops the use of digital technologies within its function in relation to both process management and in relations with internal and external interlocutors involved in the business
  • Supports the Manager through the creation of analysis frameworks that take into account the interests of its Stakeholders and the commercial needs and company profitability
  • Monitors direct and indirect competitors and analyze internal and external phenomena, with the aim of creating reference benchmarks for constant monitoring of the external market
  • Takes care of the synthesis of the data and prepares reports in order to support the management's strategic choices
  • Evaluates and proposes technological revisions useful for achieving the set objectives and for the development of advanced and eective methodologies to ensure targeted results for the department
  • Develops models and tools for the analysis, monitoring and implementation of corporate processes and procedures to support the organization and in coherence with the evolution of corporate strategies and related projects
  • Guarantees the constant updating of operating procedures and policies
  • Analyzes the as/is situation and designs a re-engineered to/be scenario, organizing and managing the necessary training and change management
  • Conducts feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyzes for the proposed initiatives both at an organizational and business development level
  • Monitors actual performance versus the plan, proposing and sharing with the Manager the implementation of corrective actions to maximize sales and profits

Additional Information

  • STEM Degrees (Engineering/Economics/Finance/Maths)
  • 2-5 years of experience on Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking or similars
  • Professional Background in Fashion (plus)
  • Highly quantitative and analitical mindset
  • Proficiency on English knowledge (native or fluent written and oral)
  • High knowledge of key digital tools: Excel (advance), Power Point, Tableau (optional)
  • Key motivational requirements: Wanting to develop a career in fashion; willing to work in an intense and dynamic environment that requires going the extra mile; mentoring junior resources; developing deep expertise on fashion functional areas 
  • Strategic thinking applied to business transformation
  • Result-oriented, proactive, able to conquer complexity, with a sound and creative problem solving mindset
  • Used to work in cross-functional and large-scale environments and facilitate interactions
  • Willing to travel
