Why This Role Matters:
The Strategy Execution Manager will play a vital role in Vonage’s Program Management Office (PMO), driving transformation initiatives aligned with strategic priorities. This role combines strategic analysis with program execution, ensuring initiatives are data-driven and aligned with leadership goals to fuel growth and success.
What You’ll Do:

Strategic Analysis: Conduct market and internal performance analyses, define KPIs, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.

Program Execution: Collaborate with Program Managers to track progress against strategic goals and develop frameworks to enhance program visibility and impact.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with teams across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations, acting as a thought partner to senior leadership to translate strategy into actionable plans.
What You’ll Bring:

3+ years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy, preferably in multinational companies.

Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling, market research, or business case development.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Proven experience working with cross-functional teams at all levels.
Nice to Have:

Experience in transformation initiatives or strategy implementation.
