The Role and Impact
Are you passionate about leading large-scale business transformation and helping organizations navigate change? Intel is seeking a Transformation Project Manager to play a critical role in driving the successful deployment and adoption of pricing and rebate transformation across a global organization.
In this role, you will partner with regional stakeholders, business leaders, subject matter experts, and global program teams to translate enterprise transformation strategies into actionable regional plans. You will serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for your region, ensuring business objectives are successfully implemented while maintaining alignment with global standards and priorities.
Successful candidates will combine strong project management expertise, exceptional communication skills, business process acumen in the pricing and rebates domain, working in ambiguity, and the ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups across geographies.

Business Group
This role is part of Intel's Customer Incentive Governance organization within Sales Management Group (SMG). This team is responsible for robust business processes, standards, execution, compliance and transformation for our customer incentive portfolio, specifically rebate incentives. Together, we focus on customer incentive simplification, efficiencies, compliance through intelligent operations and transformation for Intel's pricing and rebate portfolio. Within the team's scope are operational elements of pricing and rebates as well as participation in programs that drive and define future pricing and rebate methods and efficiencies; we are central to how pricing and rebates execute across all Regions and Product Groups.
Key Responsibilities
As a Transformation Project Manager, your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
• Drive execution of regional transformation initiatives aligned to global program objectives, milestones, and strategic roadmaps.
• Serve as the primary liaison between regional stakeholders and global program teams, ensuring effective two-way communication and alignment.
• Develop and manage regional project plans, timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Build partnerships with business leaders and functional teams to secure alignment, support, and resources needed for successful implementation.
• Facilitate forums, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities to gather feedback, identify opportunities, and support continuous improvement.
• Lead regional readiness activities including change management, communications, training coordination, and adoption planning.
• Support business process transformation efforts by documenting current-state and future-state workflows and identifying opportunities for standardization and efficiency.
• Monitor and report regional performance metrics and key success indicators, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Identify, manage, and resolve project issues and risks, escalating where appropriate to maintain program momentum.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) activities, ensuring business participation, adherence to timelines, and timely issue resolution.
• Partner with technical and business teams to evaluate enhancement opportunities and prioritize business requirements.
• Lead deployment readiness reviews and provide regional recommendations for production readiness and go-live decisions.
• Promote best practices, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across the organization.

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:
• 4+ years of business or operational experience including pricing, finance functions, process engineering, compliance, and/or program management OR 6+ years of experience including pricing, finance functions, process engineering, compliance, and/or program management, in lieu of the degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience with Intel's pricing or rebate dynamics.
