Job Description

As a Transformation Programs Advisor, you will play a critical role in customer transformation programs: guiding customers from initial assessment through future-state architecture definition and execution. You will design & validate secure, scalable Identity Security programs while advising on complex decisions involving risk, compliance, and operational readiness. Partnering cross-functionally, you will ensure strategies are technically sound, commercially aligned, and executable: delivering modernized security postures and measurable customer outcomes. 

What you will do:

Program Leadership 

  • Lead complex transformation initiatives across their full lifecycle. With oversight from design and planning through implementation and optimization. 

  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Security Services, Customer Success, and Product Management to ensure seamless execution of programs. 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define program objectives, success metrics, and deliverables. 

  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure the successful delivery of transformation projects. 

Customer Outcomes 

  • Collaborate as part of a wider team to engage with internal and external stakeholders, aligning transformation programs with organizational priorities and key performance metrics such as Time to Value (TTV), Return on Investment (ROI), and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). 

  • Create, refine, and deliver program transformation proposal (outcomes, analysis, best practices, next steps) 

  • Support strategic planning and execution by contributing to cost efficiency, time-to-market improvements, and innovation opportunities. 

  • Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to drive adoption, maximize program impact, and ensure the successful embedding of transformative solutions into operational workflows. 

  • Develop, refine, and share best practices to promote continuous improvement in service delivery and program effectiveness. 

Solution Design and Implementation 

  • Design and architect innovative solutions tailored to meet the needs of transformation initiatives. 

  • Collaborate with security, IT, and business teams to integrate best practices in solution deployment and operational efficiency. 

  • Assess business processes and recommend enhancements to align with transformation goals. 

Security and Compliance 

  • Ensure transformation initiatives comply with regulatory requirements and organizational security policies. 

  • Provide guidance on risk management and security vulnerabilities, implementing measures to enhance resilience. 

  • Act as a subject matter expert in security architecture, advising on emerging trends and technologies. 

Collaboration and Communication 

  • Partner with cross-functional teams including, Security Services, Customer Success, Sales and Product Management to ensure seamless execution of programs. 

  • Act as a communication conduit between the organization and external partners, ensuring transparency and alignment. 

  • Develop and present detailed reports on program performance, risks, and outcomes to leadership.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in program management, customer success, security architecture, or related fields. 

  • Proven track record in leading transformation initiatives within large-scale organizations. 

  • Strong understanding of enterprise-level information technology systems, security risk management, and regulatory compliance. 

  • Hands-on experience in solution architecture, IT security, and risk management frameworks. 

  • Familiarity with technologies such as databases, networking, systems administration, and application development. 

Certifications 

  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent certifications are preferred. 

  • ITIL Foundation or higher. 

  • Azure Solutions Architect Expert. 

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional). 

  • Google Professional Cloud Architect. 

Skills 

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders. 

  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 

Other Requirements 

  • Occasional travel to customer or partner sites. 

  • Multilingual capabilities are advantageous.

The salary range for this position is $83,000 – $122,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
