As an Operations Transformation Associate within Operations Transformation, you deliver data-driven insights, automated reporting and reconciliation solutions, and improved data quality outcomes. You partner closely with operations subject matter experts, Product, Technology and site reliability engineering, and Controls to translate operational needs into scalable analytics and automation. You support end-to-end delivery from intake and scoping through testing, release validation, and stakeholder updates.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform structured analysis to identify trends, gaps, and root causes across operations data sets
- Define baseline metrics and support performance reporting, including accuracy, cycle time, defect leakage, and exception rates
- Build and deliver reports using Business Objects or Cognos
- Create dashboards using Tableau or other visualization tools to track key performance indicators and remediation progress
- Build automation and repeatable workflows using Alteryx or Python to reduce manual effort and turnaround time
- Develop reusable logic for reconciliation, deduplication, validations, exception tracking, and remediation support
- Gather requirements with operations subject matter experts and convert them into clear outputs such as requirements, runbooks, and acceptance criteria
- Support end-to-end delivery activities including intake, scoping, dependency tracking, user acceptance testing support, and post-release validation
- Support data quality investigations and remediation planning, and help design controls to prevent recurrence
- Maintain documentation including standard operating procedures, logic notes, and trackers with traceability suitable for governance and audit requests
- Provide clear updates to stakeholders and leadership, including concise status, risks, and next steps
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
- 8+ years of experience in operations analytics, business analysis, reporting, or automation
- Demonstrated expertise in Alteryx or Python
- Demonstrated expertise in Business Objects or Cognos
- Strong data skills including cleansing, joins, validation rules, exception handling, and reconciliation logic
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to produce executive-ready summaries
- Comfort working in a matrixed environment with Operations, Product, Technology and site reliability engineering, and Controls
Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
- Experience in financial services
- Experience building dashboards using Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, or QlikView
- Exposure to workflow or case management, document operations, content operations, or onboarding processes
- Experience using Jira and Agile delivery practices
- Familiarity with data quality frameworks, issue tracking, and audit evidence
