As Transformation Manager, you will lead strategic finance transformation initiatives across GBS, driving process optimization, shared service delivery, and digital enablement across global finance operations. The role is accountable for end-to-end delivery of complex transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy, governance, and measurable value creation.
What you will be doing:
Lead global finance transformation projects and programs within the GBS portfolio, including digitalization, process optimization, automation, and organizational change.
Drive the finance transformation roadmap, identifying and prioritizing improvement opportunities aligned with business strategy.
Redesign and standardize end-to-end finance processes (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash) and support implementation of shared service delivery models.
Champion digital enablement initiatives, including automation, AI, and ERP enhancements.
Ensure effective governance, budget management, KPI tracking, and benefits realization across transformation initiatives.
Engage and influence senior finance and cross-functional stakeholders, leading change management to ensure successful adoption.
Promote project management excellence and strong collaboration across GBS and business divisions, providing hands-on leadership when required.
Who you are:
Master’s degree in finance, Business, or a related field with strong academic results.
5–10 years of experience in finance transformation and improvement, preferably within management consulting or a global organization.
Proven experience managing and delivering complex, global finance transformation projects.
Demonstrated experience implementing and scaling shared service organizations for Finance.
Strong background in finance process automation (RPA) and/or digital finance transformation.
Proven track record in global finance process standardization and development of policies and guidelines.
Experience managing multi-million-dollar transformation budgets.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
