Here’s the Deal:

The Financial Transformation Manager is responsible for driving strategic finance initiatives focused on transformation, IT development, and continuous improvement. This role oversees end-to-end project management of cross-functional efforts, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. It requires deep process expertise in Order to Cash (OTC), Procure to Pay (PTP), and Account to Report (ATR). The manager will play a key role in change management activities, fostering adoption and minimizing resistance. Strong stakeholder management is critical, as the role regularly interacts with senior leadership across functions.

 Key responsibilities:

• Manage Projects for the region (Americas)
• Lead finance transformation activities
• Senior stakeholder management
• Influence teams in the adoption of new processes

The Basics:

• Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
• Technical Knowledge: Accounting process ATR, OTC, PTP, and SAP
• English Level: Advanced (C1)
• Project management experience
• Certified PMP
• Senior Stakeholder Management
