We are seeking a talentend individual to join our Global Services Delivery (GSD) Investments team, part of our People and Investment business at Marsh.These role will be based in Lisbon, Portugal. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.


You will drive innovation and digital transformation across our Investments business—identifying emerging opportunities, building a robust transformation pipeline, and leading strategic initiatives that create competitive advantage.


We will count on you to:


  • Own the innovation and transformation agenda for Investments, identifying opportunities and building a strong pipeline of initiatives.
  • Lead strategic pilots and transformation projects, with a focus on automation and AI that deliver measurable business value.
  • Set project roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics, and track delivery against business outcomes.
  • Partner with business and technical teams to design and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
  • Support capability building by mentoring teams and helping strengthen transformation skills across the organization.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence within the team.
  • Act as the main point of contact for innovation and transformation delivery across Investments and GSD Portugal.

What you need to have: 


  • An Academic degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field - transformation specialization will be highly valued.
  • Fluent English, spoken and written.
  • Proven experience leading transformation, automation, or AI initiatives.
  • Strong project and program management skills, including planning, prioritization, stakeholder management, and delivery.
  • Ability to connect business and technical teams to define and implement scalable solutions.
  • Track record of driving innovation and change in complex global environments.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work effectively across global teams and matrix structures.
