Exus is seeking a Transformation Management Director that will 
support the CEO and the Exus Leadership Team (ELT) with the successful and timely execution of the Value Creation Plan (VCP), which will include a broad set of strategic, commercial, operational, and financial initiatives. This role will work closely with the CEO, other senior executives, and the Board of Directors (Board) to ensure operational efficiencies. This role will be part of Partners Group’s Private Market Operator Development program.

Please note: this is an fully onsite role with reasonable flexibility in our Pittsburgh office.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Facilitate and lead strategic initiatives in support of the VCP, including monitoring status, spend, and resource considerations.
  2. Leads effective initiative governance through progress tracking, KPI tracking through PG Alpha, status updates, and any required coordination that drives collaboration between and among the project teams, CEO, ELT, and Board members.
  3. Provide modeling, project structure, workflow, and allocation recommendations to each department to ensure project success and/or thorough due diligence.
  4. Partner with Finance to ensure all critical financial value creation parameters of the initiatives and any associated projects are made transparent.
  5. Develop and maintain a comprehensive dashboard for management oversight, including KPIs, metrics, and any goals outlined by the Board to measure the success of Exus’ VCP.
  6. Develop and foster a partnership with the CEO to executive on strategic initiatives of the VCP.
  7. Develop and foster relationships with all essential Board members, and partner with Board members sponsors of strategic initiatives.
  8. Prepare presentation materials, and executive-level documentation for Exus initiatives and/or project discussions with the CEO, ELT, and the Board.
  9. Up to 20% travel. 


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field required, masters preferred.
  • 3+ years’ work experience in e.g. strategic or management consulting, financial services or private equity or a similar a business setting.
  • Prior experience leading a PMO/TMO function for large-scale transformation projects in a matrixed organization.
  • Experience in a renewable energy a plus but not required.
  • Adept to organizational change management and implementing best practices.
