Transformation Coordinator
Orlando, FL (Onsite)
Position Summary
Thales is looking for a Transformation Coordinator who will be responsible for helping to drive sales execution, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring data accuracy across the sales organization. This role requires a strong thinker with strong analytical skills and a proven record of accomplishment in sales planning and execution.
In this position, you will also collaborate with various stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing, finance, and human resources, to achieve order intake targets and help refine sales processes.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Assist in tracking and meeting order intake goals to support company objectives; Help manage the Global Warranty process and work toward increasing related revenue; Work with teams in NORAM and France to support improvements to SAP, ensuring it meets business needs; Assist with sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting, and help maintain these reports after implementation; Support marketing teams with lead qualification efforts and contribute to pipeline growth activities; Help ensure the Sales & Operations Planning process aligns workload with sales targets; Manage and update the Thales 360 CRM tool to ensure accurate reporting.
- Reporting & Performance Analysis - Assist in providing accurate and timely forecasts for order intake, focusing on specific accounts or regions as needed.
- Support regular sales reporting activities as required by the team; Track key sales metrics like win rates, order intake profitability (GMOI), and sales expense ratios to help assess performance.
- Operations Management - Identify areas for improving sales efficiency and operational processes, making recommendations where needed; Help identify opportunities for improvement within CRM platforms and tools, contributing to better data accuracy and user experience; Assist in onboarding new sales team members, providing them with the necessary tools, training, and resources to succeed.
- Data Stewardship - Ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer and sales data in all systems; Keep sales data up-to-date and aligned with business goals, ensuring it’s accurate for reporting and decision-making.
- Key Deliverables - Provide timely and accurate sales reports and performance analyses; Maintain the integrity and accuracy of data within CRM and sales systems.
- Ensure that SAP is properly set up and used effectively; Contribute to the growth of the Global Warranty revenue.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field of study and 2+ years of work related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven experience in sales operations, transformation, or a related role within a B2B environment.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience in sales forecasting and performance analysis.
- Expertise in CRM platforms and sales data management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Special Position Requirements
- Schedule: Core Business Hours Monday-Friday.
- Physical Environment: Primary work environment Access to TCC Office Area.
- Travel: Travel every other month to other Thales manufacturing sites in France as well as customer sites within the USA.
