1. Transformation Program Execution
- Support the execution of GBS transformation initiatives and workstreams.
- Coordinate project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables across functions.
- Monitor project progress and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Prepare status reports, dashboards, and leadership updates.
2. Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Identify process improvement opportunities across Finance, HR, Procurement, Customer Service, IT, and other GBS functions.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Education
