• Typically lead 2-3 (short or long-term) large internal client projects at a time.
• Engage with applicable senior leaders in business to deliver the targets and revenue growth and NOI improvements.
• Oversee process reviews, design workshops, analysis and design phases for the client projects.
• Document current process maps and identifies process challenges and areas for improvement.
• Deliver clear line of analysis, uncluttered and succinct in order to inform or influence transformative change.
• Work with business partners and stakeholders to develop business cases, requirements, and comprehensive project plans to identify, quantify, and deliver benefits in support of strategic business objectives.
• Deliver on workstream commitments and report on financial outcomes.
• Creatively use available resources, tools, and technology to drive results.
• Build and deliver business to stakeholders.

What you need to have:
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, industrial ingeniring or equivalent professional experience.
• Professional experience of more than 10 years in similar projects will be valued: Management Consulting, Organizational design projects and different streams like benchmarking, restructuring, organizational data analytics, strategic analysis, etc

• Knowlege in creating, developing and executing Go to Market strategies
• Advanced English proficiency, Portuguese (nice to have)
• The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal skills as well as extraordinary collaboration skills.
• Strong verbal and written communications as well as strong presentation skills.
• Ability to develop relationships with various business areas including executive leaders.
• Exceptional time management skills as well as a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Ability to adapt to various people and working styles under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical mind to analyze data and metrics and translate insight into actionable strategies.
• Possess excellent leadership, prioritization, and organizational skills.
