What You’ll Be Doing
Your key accountabilities will include:
- Own and deliver the communications and engagement plan for Landmark, ensuring activity is aligned to key programme achievements and wider business priorities.
- Turn complex change into clear, compelling stories, translating programme developments and impacts into communications that resonate with different audiences across M&S.
- Build engaging content across a range of channels, including presentations, videos, briefings, Town Halls, newsletters, leadership updates and the Landmark Hub.
- Partner with programme leaders and collaborators to build key messages, leadership communications and engagement activity, while developing positive relationships across different workstreams and business areas.
- Use feedback and insight to continually improve engagement, spotting opportunities to strengthen programme visibility, maintain momentum and help colleagues understand the benefits and impact of the transformation.
Who you are
Your skills and experience will include:
- Experience delivering communications, engagement or change activity within a complex transformation or programme environment. Experience of SAP S/4HANA, another major ERP transformation or within a complex operational organisation would be advantageous rather than essential.
- A brilliant communicator and storyteller, able to take complex information and turn it into simple, engaging and audience-appropriate content.
- Strong business partner management skills, with the confidence to build relationships and work independently with colleagues and leaders across multiple teams.
- Experience producing high-quality communications and presentations, including materials suitable for senior business partners, alongside experience of communication platforms, collaboration tools or programme hubs.
- Proactive, organised and comfortable with pace and ambiguity, able to balance competing priorities, maintain excellent attention to detail and deliver high-quality work in a fast-moving environment.
