About this PositionThe Transformation Change Manager develops and implements change management strategies, plans, and communications to support strategic projects and the maturity of enterprise transformation initiatives. They will establish a change management practice within the Enterprise Transformation office, create and deliver communications, support proper implementation of change practices for enterprise projects, and ensure stakeholders are aware and informed of upcoming change processes. The role requires proven executive and enterprise communication experience, stakeholder management, experience with defining and implementing change management, and monitoring the adoption of change within the enterprise.Hybrid role 2 days onsite in our Duluth Ga office

- Define and implement a change management framework and strategy for enterprise initiatives.
- Establish a change management process to capture and plan for OCM communications, calendar and activities on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis.
- Define and implement change management and stakeholder communications metrics and tracking.
- Develop and implement strategies to address resistance and facilitate acceptance of the change.
- Review and track change management planning and progress for key projects.
- Support stakeholder management planning, including communications needs based on influence, impact, and preferred methods of communication
- Develop and deliver effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about changes.
- Identify and engage with key stakeholders to ensure their buy-in and support for the change.
- Address concerns and questions from stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.
- Maintain communications and engagement with Change Champions, key business leaders and managers.
- Evaluate the success of the change implementation and identify areas for improvement.
- Document lessons learned and share best practices with others.
- Develop awareness and training related to new or changing ETO processes or transformation initiatives.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to individuals and teams as they adapt to the change.
- Support Project/Product/Delivery leads with change management planning and abiding by change management practices.
Experience Required
- 3-5 years in leading an organizational change management practice, including creating and delivering communications and change activities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including to leadership and executives.
- Ability to plan, execute and deliver change solutions based on business and stakeholder needs.
- Ability to identify resistance and develop targeted plans to overcome them
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Experience with implementing Change management frameworks such as Adkar, Kotter, LaMarsh, or others.
- Using Project Management Software to plan and monitor change (Smartsheet, Jira, Monday.com, or similar).
- Developing executive and stakeholder presentations and communications in Powerpoint, Figma, PDF, email, and other tools.
- Ability to develop meaningful relationships and understanding business needs/processes required to deliver targeted change plans.
- Able to work independently and create change proposals based on enterprise needs and pain points.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment required to establish and mature a change management practice
- Preferred Education, Experience, Certifications or Licenses, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Degree in business administration, organizational development, human resources, project management, or related fields is preferred.
- Change management certifications preferred (such as CCMP or CMS).
- Project management certifications preferred (such as PMP, PgM, or SAFe)
- This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.
- Role requires in-office two days a week, with flexibility as needed.
