As an organisational effectiveness and delivery specialist, you strengthen how work gets done across teams and value chains. You enhance delivery maturity, evolve operating models, and optimise processes and tooling to embed sustainable ways of working and help teams consistently deliver value. In doing so, you contribute to continuous improvement, role model strong behaviours, and uphold the Orange Code.
