Transformation Analyst
Role Purpose: Ensure data consistency, insight generation, and leadership-friendly reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect inputs and consolidate data from multiple global stakeholders/teams
• Identify trends, slippages, and risks
• Convert raw data into management-ready insights
• Ensure consistency of narratives, metrics, and reporting
• Support QBRs, MBRs, and board-level reporting packs
• Ensure version control and data hygiene
Key Skills and Experience:
• 2 – 4 years of experience
• PMO, consulting analyst, or enterprise program support background
• Comfortable working with senior global stakeholders
• Stakeholder coordination across time zones
• Consolidation of data from multiple programs and teams
• Discipline in follow-ups and closure
• Analytical summarization and Attention to detail
• PowerPoint (storyboarding, executive slides)
• Excel (basic analysis, pivot tables)
