Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement working knowledge of the company’s transfer pricing policies as well as local transfer pricing regulations and requirements.
- Coordinate, prepare and maintain transfer pricing documentation i.e., Local Files and Master Files, in compliance with OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines.
- Support and perform the yearly headquarter cost allocation models for the business segments.
- Support the implementation of our operational transfer pricing, policy setting, governance and management.
- Coordinate and support responses to transfer pricing audits or other formal inquiries from tax authorities.
- Comprehension of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work.
- Financial data gathering with internal stakeholders and/or data extraction from diverse accounting systems and databases.
- Support in the design and implementation of transfer pricing initiatives, in cooperation with our senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Economics, Finance, and/or Accounting.
- 3+ years of work experience in the field of Transfer Pricing, Finance and/or Tax.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and work proficiency in matrixed environments.
