Transfer Pricing Manager

We are in an exciting and transformative phase, strengthening our organizational structure with new functions at our headquarters. We are currently looking for a Transfer Price Manager, reporting to our Corporate Tax Manager, to establish a global system with all the necessary tools.

This role involves:

• Transforming the group transfer price function into an operational value-flow based approach.
• Collaborating with the Corporate Tax Manager to envision and deploy a new operating model for transfer pricing across the group.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement transfer pricing policies and procedures.
• Conduct transfer pricing analysis and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with international transfer pricing regulations.
• Provide strategic advice on transfer pricing matters to senior management.
• Coordinate with external advisors and tax authorities.
• Monitor and manage transfer pricing risks.

• Minimum of five years of professional experience in transfer pricing.
• Experience in setting up or managing structural change projects is an advantage.
• Full proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Hands-on, can-do attitude combined with strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
