Your role will be:
- Manage and coordinate Transfer Pricing Documentation Preparation: Draft Local Files, Master Files, mainly in the Financial Services sector, and other transfer pricing compliance reports to meet OECD guidelines and local regulations.
- Perform and supervise Economic and Financial Analysis and Benchmarking Analysis: Use specialized databases to identify comparable companies and transactions and determine arm’s length pricing for intercompany transactions.
- Conduct Functional Analyses: analyze the functions performed, assets used and risk assumed by entities being part of a group in various industries to determine their contribution to the value chain and ensure appropriate pricing of intergroup transactions.
- Advise on all aspects of intercompany pricing between related business entities, including in particular, financing transactions, services and others;
- Work closely with the Senior Managers, Directors as well as with Partners from all services lines in supporting client management and marketing initiatives as well as driving knowledge building of junior staff.
Your profile:
- You hold a University degree (Economics, accounting or tax law);
- You have an experience of at least 5 years in the transfer pricing service of a consulting organisation or a law firm and have developed at this occasion strong knowledge of transfer pricing concepts, entrepreneurial mindset and business development skills;
- The ability to identify tax consulting opportunities and a willingness to market services to existing and prospective clients;
- You are hard worker, you are able to supervise and train junior staff on a daily basis, eager to learn by yourself, communicative, empathetic, open to receive feedback and team oriented;
- You are fluent in English. Knowledge of French or German is a plus.
