What you’ll be doing
As a Transfer Pricing Controller, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our global intercompany transactions are transparent, compliant, and scalable—supporting the development of our Finance Center of Excellence (COE) in Kaunas. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and reviewing transfer pricing documentation (Local Files, Master Files, CbCR), in close collaboration with advisors and local finance teams
- Supporting transfer pricing calculations, recharges, and year-end adjustments
- Ensuring compliance with global TP policies and local tax laws
- Partnering with tax, legal, and finance teams to ensure accurate reporting of intercompany transactions
- Contributing to the design and ongoing refinement of TP models and methodologies
- Assisting in audits by preparing documentation and liaising with tax authorities
- Analyzing benchmarking data and financials to support TP positions
- Tracking global regulatory changes and translating them into internal guidance
- Supporting automation, data quality, and process improvements across the COE
- Playing an active role in building and evolving the Finance COE in Kaunas
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar
- 2–4 years’ experience in transfer pricing, international tax, or related—ideally in a multinational or consulting firm
- Solid grasp of OECD TP Guidelines and local tax rules
- Hands-on experience with TP documentation and intercompany pricing
- Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with complex data sets
- ERP system experience (e.g. SAP, Oracle); TP or tax tools a plus
- Skilled in project and stakeholder management in a cross-functional environment
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience in a shared service center or Finance COE is an advantage
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
