In this role, you will support the Head of the shared service unit "Global Business Reorganization, International Tax & Transfer Pricing," with a main focus on Transfer Pricing and progressive involvement in related topics.
Your ResponsibilitiesUnder the guidance and supervision of the Head of the Global Business Restructuring, International Tax and Transfer Pricing, your key responsibilities will notable include:
- Transfer Pricing Documentation: Assist in updating comprehensive Transfer Pricing documentation, including the Masterfile and local entity reports.
- Transfer Pricing Computation: Update Transfer Pricing calculators using source data notably from Controlling, Accounting, and HR.
- Interim Supporting Documentation: Prepare interim memorandums to keep track of ongoing tax workstreams and decisions regarding intercompany setup and transfer pricing approach.
- Administrative Support: Coordinate with local service providers, such as for new benchmarks or benchmark updates. Handle clerical and secretarial tasks, including scheduling meetings and drafting minutes.
- Automation & Digitalization: Support optimization and automation initiatives for all areas of the SSU, with a main focus on International Tax & Transfer Pricing.
- Knowledge Sharing: Support knowledge sharing by coordinating the publication of content on the intranet, ensuring materials prepared by the SSU Head are shared efficiently and accurately.
Initially, your work will primarily focus on implementation, with some coordination and communication to gather necessary data.
Education & Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in transfer pricing roles.
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; dual degrees combining business administration and business/tax law are a plus.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical, numerical, and writing skills, with a solid understanding of financial statements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to communicate effectively in English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptable to fast-paced environments, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Flexible and willing to support ad-hoc projects in International Tax and Business Reorganization, including occasional travel as needed.
