The Transfer Pricing Analyst will support the organization’s transfer pricing compliance, documentation, intercompany transaction management, and periodic transfer pricing calculations. The role involves working closely with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal, and external advisors across multiplejurisdictions.
• Assist in preparation of quarterly transfer pricing calculations and year-end true-ups.
• Support preparation and review of intercompany invoices, recharges, and transfer pricing journalentries.
• Perform operating margin, cost-plus, and profitability analyses for group entities.
• Assist with preparation of Local Files, Master File, benchmarking analyses, and other TP documentation.
• Maintain and update intercompany agreements and ensure transactions are aligned with the applicable TP policy.
• Reconcile intercompany transactions and accurate booking of intercompany income, expenses, receivables, and payables.
• Extract, review, and analyze financial data from NetSuite/Other Tools for transfer pricing calculations and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with regional finance/tax teams and external advisors for country-specific TP compliance requirements.
• Assist with TP audits, assessments, notices, and information requests from tax authorities.
• Maintain TP trackers, supporting documentation, calculation files, agreements, and appropriate audit trails.
• CA / ACCA / CPA / MBA Finance / M.Com or similar finance/tax qualification.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Transfer Pricing.
• Understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and common TP methodologies such as TNMM,CUP, Cost Plus, and Profit Split.
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Good understanding of P&L, operating margins, cost allocations, and intercompany accounting.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple countries and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Prior experience in a Big 4 / consulting firm or multinational corporate transfer pricing function would be preferred

Skills Required
