Role Overview
Our Transfer Analysts are a key differentiator for IPv4.Global, a division of Hilco Global. Our online IPv4 address marketplace helps buyers and sellers connect—the Transfer Analyst helps make the IPv4 transfers happen. A service-oriented person with great attention to detail is perfect for this role.
The Transfer Analyst uses our tracking system to track their transfers in progress. They help both buyers and sellers to complete the necessary steps for the transfer, with detailed knowledge of RIR processes and policies. They monitor RIR sites, and when a transfer has been completed, finalize the transfer of funds and complete the transaction.
Occasionally, the Transfer Analyst may represent the company at industry conferences and trade shows. This travel is generally less than 15% of the time.

Represent us at conferences around North America and around the world.
Stay current on RIR policies, industry changes, and best practices.
Stay in close communication with customers to guide them through the transfer process.
Flexibility to handle miscellaneous administrative tasks as they arise.
Your Success Plan
In your first 30 days, you will begin onboarding training to gain proficient working knowledge of the IPv4 market and IPv4.Global’s sales, service, and delivery processes. During that time, you will learn our procedures and take online training on the registry system.
You will gradually take on parts of the role until you begin owning specific transfers.
As you grow into mastery of our processes and registry procedures and systems, you will begin taking on transfers with more complexity, such as inter-regional transfers and transactions with unique terms.
What You Need To Succeed
Time in a role focused on making customers happy.
Strong attention to detail and great organizational skills.
Time efficient with critical thinking skills.
An understanding of IPv4 is a plus but not a must have (we will help you with this if you don’t bring it to the role).
Ideally, advanced Excel skills (e.g., Pivot Tables, IF statements, INDEX/MATCH)
Python or other programming language a plus!
Excellent English language skills. Additional languages are definitely a plus!

**The team works in our office in Times Square, New York, Monday through Thursday, with an option to work remotely on Fridays.**
Annual base salary gross: $60,000-70,000 (NY only). The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end of Hilco’s salary for this position based on geography. Actual base salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base pay is one component of Hilco’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards and benefits include cash bonuses, long term incentives, health insurance, accident and life insurance, and retirement benefits.
