Your Role:
To support the delivery of superior EMEA TA servicing through:
Oversee the quality and timeliness of TPAs to ensure that they are performing to the agreed SLAs and KPIs and are offering excellent client service to our distribution partners and their clients.
Complete the various TA operational activities under Invesco’s remit ensuring they are completed within procedures, timelines, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee and support the activities completed by internal TA delegates.
What you will be doing:
- To perform first level of interrogation and identification of issues which require escalation to functional management for interventions and onward decision making.
- To act as point of contact between Invesco Luxembourg and TPAs/ internal delegates for any technical or BAU issues, sign off authorisation and query resolution. To evidence the interventions, actions, decisions made by IMSA in guiding/instructing the TPA.
- To complete the day-to-day operational activities under TA Oversight remit. Ensure all activities are completed to the required standard within agreed timescales, adhering to regulatory and procedural guidelines. Ensure relevant procedures are in place and maintained.
- To monitor the overall performance against targets (SLAs and KPIs), standards and deadlines and ensure remedial action or escalation is taken as required. Work with TPAs, service providers, internal stakeholders & local offices to ensure excellent service is maintained.
- To build an open and effective communication channel with TPAs and our internal business partners/ delegates to ensure that TPAs can meet both Invesco’s business needs and continue to deliver excellent client service.
- Participate in service review meetings to ensure regulatory breaches, SLA breaches and service quality issues are mediated, addressed (with working examples where applicable) resolved.
- To provide support or an escalation route when necessary to manage and resolve any queries received from TPAs and our internal business partners. Escalate to functional management or Luxembourg Conducting Officers, as required.
- Provide support, local input to and (where required) sign off to TPAs and internal delegates/ stakeholders to support Invesco projects for product developments, regulatory change, and business requirement changes.
- To ensure that all Luxembourg regulatory returns and/or statistics are completed and submitted within the approved timescales. Produce and disseminate reporting as required.
- Where a TA activity remains in TA Oversight, effectively process work accurately and within agreed timeframes/procedures.
- Ensure all activities are in line with Invesco’s Conduct principles
What you will bring:
Proven Transfer Agency experience
Experience of monitoring systems, processes, and service standards an advantage
Knowledge of UCITS, SICAV, AIFMD and QIF/FCP Regulations an advantage
Overall knowledge of TA organisation and how different departments interact.
Awareness of market in which the company is operating, including market trends and relevant initiatives by competitors.
Proficient in the use of PC software including Word/Excel/PowerPoint
Relevant business/professional qualifications or equivalent 3rd level education
Effective communication and influencing skills at all levels both internally and externally.
Relationship building skills with varying levels and external clients.
Ability to work under pressure.
