The ideal candidate will have exceptional hand dexterity along with a working knowledge in reading, interpreting, and utilizing technical procedures and blueprints. The individual must be comfortable working in a team environment. This first shift position is well suited for a patient individual who is a fast learner, is focused on quality output, and enjoys working in a demanding atmosphere
In This Function, You Will
Solder electro-mechanical components under a microscope and/or a magnifying glass
Assemble, setup and maintain tooling
Recommend design and process improvements to enhance manufacturability
Perform visual inspection of parts
Maintain quality records
Interpret customer and supplier requirements Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution, or equivalent work experience required
Minimum 1 year of soldering experience required
Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future
This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
