The candidate will provide business requirements and functional process analysis to a development team supporting transportation and logistics systems. The analyst will be required to define requirements articulated within mission needs documentation, change requests and through user feedback to improve the system.
- 2+ years of experience with a bachelors degree
- Experience with requirements analysis, using JCIDS as foundation
- Document data fields, data integration and link to business process and outcomes
- Process mapping and process improvement
- Data analysis and ability to use existing databases to build reports and findings
- Ability to document requirements within existing requirements management tools such as IBM DOORS
- Ability to present process improvement recommendations and to define performance improvements
- Experience supporting agile development processes within an application development and sustainment program
- Direct experience with logistics and transportation management systems
- Former transportation management experience while in the armed forces or deployed as a contractor in direct support of exercises or operations
- Secret clearance
