Job Description

To analyse and understand an assigned portfolio of existing clients, working as part of a deal team to apply multiple flow solutions within a single solution set for multiple clients in a single location to ensure client and solution satisfaction.Ke

Qualifications

Bachelor of Commerce or related Degree

Experience:

  • 5-7 years' experience of the macro landscape for the local market i.e., legislative impacts and triggers. 
  • Articulates the TxB value proposition (in one solution) to client clearly and consistently.
  • Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of risk management methodologies, tools, governance structures and regulatory requirements for good management of risk.

Key Impact Areas:

  • Has a detailed understanding of the TxB flow solutions and how to apply them to the client’s contexts.
  • Understands the client need in the context of more than one solution in a single solution set, and at least one solution in another solution set. Review and analyse the client portfolio to identify potential upsell and / or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Acts as the primary contact for on-going client concerns, negotiations and prioritization, ensuring all deal pipeline deadlines are met to enable accurate projections. Communicates with the deal team, and captures commercial terms and mandates on the system.
  • Consult internal product houses, implementation, and client service teams, and investigate how clients access solutions and utilize digital channels to support the remediation process and potential upsell and / or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Check client revenues against sales force plan and close any variance with clients based on projected revenues and conditions. Driving the optimal utilisation of new efficient products and services to drive commercialisation.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor of Commerce or related degree
