Transaction Processor
Location: Louisville, KY
In this position, you’ll be based in the Louisville, KY office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week. If you have a remote location recorded in Fusion this arrangement will continue to be honoured if you are successful in your application, provided that:
- You have a formal accommodation due to a disability, medical or legal reason that enables you to work remotely
- You’re a redeployment candidate who is under notice of redundancy
- You were moved to a remote contract as your office closed, and you don't live near any of our current offices

A role you will love
As a Transaction Processor, you’ll be responsible for processing and reviewing routine and complex financial and non‑financial transactions for account holders. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure transactions are completed accurately and on time.
Some of your key responsibilies will include:
- Processing and reviewing shareholder transactions with a high level of accuracy
- Verifying legal documentation and client authorisation before completing transactions
- Communicating with clients, brokers, and relationship managers to resolve queries or incomplete requests
- Researching and resolving out‑of‑balance conditions in partnership with the Reconciliation team
- Reviewing daily processing updates and procedural changes
- Supporting the team during peak volumes, including overtime when required
- You’ll begin by learning a defined set of transactions, with opportunities to progress and take on more complex work as your experience grows

- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred:
- Experience in financial services, banking, or securities
- Previous transaction processing or data entry experience
