Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Acting as property management lead data manager for local administrators and estates
- Key player in advising on large data mobilisations and mapping of estates data onto Tramps system
- Ensuring governance around security of property management systems and banking software
- Key player in the supplier vetting project – Ensuring supplier records on Tramps are only set up with appropriate documentation
- Acting as an advisor on behalf of the business to support interaction between property management systems
- Advising on future system development to support data improvements and efficiencies
- Processing dataloads onto Tramps system
- Testing of new system functionality and system upgrades
- Working alongside system managers to accurately record, progress and resolve user issues/requests (system bugs, how do I type queries, performance issues, new user requests etc) with property management & banking systems.
- To liaise with users, internal technical support team, other team members and system provider to achieve prompt and accurate resolution of issues.
- Managing helpdesk email accounts & Service Desk tickets in an organised manner, logging and filing all calls accurately so other team members can follow on
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 GCSE passes (Grade A-C), including Maths and English.
- A relevant degree is ideal, but not essential.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Strong understanding of Property Management Industry
- Experience of dealing with or managing systems (experience of Tramps or other property management systems essential).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- IT literate -Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills.
- Numerate.
