Position Summary
ECS is seeking a Training System Administrator - Senior to support the Army National Guard (ARNG) ENOCS program. The selected candidate will provide expert-level administration and sustainment of training servers and environments, ensuring they are secure, reliable, and aligned with production baselines. This role is critical in maintaining the operational readiness and security compliance of ARNG's training platforms, directly contributing to the effective delivery of enterprise instruction.

Responsibilities
- Manage and sustain training server environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Oversee system security configurations and implement necessary updates and patches.
- Coordinate synchronization of training environments with production baselines.
- Administer student accounts and configure lab environments to support instructional activities.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability.
- Validate backup and recovery processes to ensure data integrity.
- Ensure compliance with DoD and Army security regulations and support audit readiness.
- Manage access controls and role-based permissions for training systems.
Required Qualifications
- Clearance: Secret Eligible required
- S. Citizenship required
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 8–10 years of experience managing enterprise web or application server environments
- Proven ability to manage server configurations and security settings
- Experience in performance monitoring and troubleshooting within training environments
- Skilled in coordinating environment synchronization with approved updates
- Demonstrated compliance with DoD and Army cybersecurity policies
