The Decommissioning Alliance (TDA) Training Support Administrator to join the Administration and Training team for the Retrievals East River (RER) project.
The Role
The Training Support Administration role provides essential coordination and administrative assistance to ensure the effective delivery of construction activities within a regulated environment.
Working closely with the Construction, Administration, and Training teams, the role will ensure that personnel meet regulatory and project-specific competency standards, and that all training records are accurate, up to date and compliant.
As a Training and Support Administrator your responsibilities could include:
Assisting with the coordination and tracking of training, competence and SQEP requirements.
Design and develop training Matrixes
Coordinating schedules, managing logistics, tracking participant progress, and evaluating training effectiveness.
Ensure communication between trainers and participants, handle administrative tasks, and update training materials as needed.
Manage Training Matrixes
Ensure auditable trail
Communicate with the relevant departments ensuring all training is kept up to date.
As a Training Support Administrator, you will already have:
