As a Training Supervisor at our frozen desserts manufacturing facility in Stilwell, OK, you will be responsible for supervising the training directives for existing and new employees to company standards, in line with encompassing the organizational and site strategies relative to business units and cross-functional culture.
What You Will Do:
- Administer and execute comprehensive training modules, playbooks and training sessions based on technical, cultural, and behavioral needs.
- Be a key SME for the best-in-class learning tools and platforms that work seamlessly across utility systems, bakery, topping, and packaging areas.
- Execute training plans for effective vertical startup of operations and alignment with the management team.
- Support technology transfer and training action plans for current and upcoming projects to integrate into plant systems.
- Maintain knowledge of emerging trends in needs analysis, training design, innovative training techniques and evaluation process.
- Partner with Human Resource department for talent development and deployment for the best operational results.
- Collaborate with departments on systematic approaches to learning using people, processes, and technology to design and execute value added training solutions based on problem solving analysis.
- Partner with Operations and Human Resource teams to launch and manage communication strategies and mentor’s employee development activities.
What We Look For:
- Associate’s degree in related field, and/or equivalent site, and/or field experience supervising training programs.
- 2+ years of related experience, with manufacturing highly preferred.
- Experience with deploying creative training, learning & development solutions to manufacturing and/or related workforce.
- Familiar with a variety of concepts, practices and procedures related to the field of training and development and adult learning.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Ability to calculate financial figures (product costing, standards) and equipment performance. Intermediate personal computer skills including Microsoft Office. SAP experience beneficial.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees and upper management.
What We Offer:
The base salary range for this position is $54,000 to $89,000 annually with eligibility for a 10% annual incentive bonus, that is based on organizational performance. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to educations, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
