About the Role
As Training Supervisor, E-Fulfillment, you will collaborate with E-Fulfillment Center (EFC) leadership to lead and execute training programs for non-exempt associates. You will lead a team of Training Specialists focused on new hire training, cross-training, compliance, safety and re-training. You will support the business to achieve training objectives, focusing on associate engagement and increased productivity for the EFC network.
What You’ll Do
Lead the proactive development of planning and communication for delivering training programs within the EFC network
Utilize data to determine training opportunities to drive operational excellence in collaboration with EFC operations
Provide leadership by exhibiting influence and expertise, and supporting overall team engagement
Maintain accurate training skills and certification records
Provide direction and coaching to direct reports for successful and effective associate training
Facilitate key training programs to support seasonal onboarding
Ensure consistency of training facilitation and materials
Work cross-functionally to improve standard operating procedures and training best practices across the EFC network
Provide operations expertise to support training design and content development by the Talent Development team
Additional tasks may be assigned
What Skills You Have
Required
Ability to communicate effectively with one-on-one, written and large group facilitation
Proficient with Google Workspace
Prior supervisory experience
Flexibility in hours to support multi-shift operations
Preferred
Previous experience training adults at various levels in an organization

Ability to satisfactorily complete company training programs
Ability to use a personal computer for tasks such as communicating, preparing reports, etc.
Ability to plan, prioritize and monitor activities across business units.
Ability to complete or oversee the completion of assigned projects in a timely manner.
Perform work in accordance with the Physical Requirements section.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally over 50 lbs. with a two person lift.
Ability to climb, squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, twist, reach, lift, grasp, push and pull on a frequent basis.
Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift (at least 9 hours).
Ability to visually verify information and locate and inspect merchandise.
Ability to comply with health and safety standards.
Working Conditions
Exposure to noise and moderate but varying temperatures
