πŸ’Ό About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Training Supervisor to lead daily training operations, drive training planning through data analysis, and ensure accurate training records and reporting in TMSI.

This role works closely with internal and external stakeholders, Trainers/Coaches, and dealer partners to ensure high-quality training execution quality and clear performance visibility. for one of our key clients in the Automotive industry.

🎯 Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily training administration, including training registration, attendance records, training room preparation, and participant coordination.
  • Act as the primary administrative contact for dealers, trainers, client's National Sales Company (NSC), and the Training Center team.
  • Administer TMS-I, including user access, training registration, data maintenance, WBT/online learning assignments, PDPA consent management, and system compliance with cleint's standards.
  • Manage training schedules and calendar administration in line with trainer availability, facility capacity, and training KPIs (sessions, Training Manday (TMD)).
  • Coordinate administrative arrangements for external training venues and special training events as required.
  • Update and verify training records in TMS-I post-training; generate training performance reports and export data for business use.
  • Support monthly or quarterly training performance updates for dealers and internal stakeholders.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management/ Communication or any related field

Experiences:

  • 3-5 years of work experience in training environment
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience at Supervisor or Team-leader level.
  • Strong data-analysis and reporting skills.
  • Comfortable working with training systems (experience with TMSI is an advantage).

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
