We are looking for an organized and proactive Training Specialist to join our Human Capital team. In this role, you will support the coordination, implementation, and monitoring of learning and development activities across the organization. You will play an important role in ensuring training compliance, maintaining accurate training records, and supporting employees’ development in line with operational and business needs.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of learning and development activities aligned with operational and business needs.
  • Assist in training needs analysis in collaboration with department managers and HR Business Partners.
  • Support the preparation, coordination, and follow-up of annual training plans.
  • Organize internal and external training activities including scheduling, communication, and logistics coordination.
  • Track training participation, completion status, and certification requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, certifications, and related documentation within relevant systems.
  • Prepare regular training reports, dashboards, and participation analyses.
  • Support communication of training initiatives and ensure employee awareness.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external training providers for smooth training execution.
  • Monitor training compliance and support timely follow-up actions in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of training processes, reporting, and documentation practices.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field,
  • Previous experience in training coordination, learning & development, HR operations, or administrative support is an advantage,
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously,
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills,
  • Comfortable working with training data, reporting, and documentation processes,
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and training/LMS systems,
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners,
  • Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment,
  • Proactive mindset with strong follow-up and problem-solving skills,
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken,
