HOW YOU WILL DO IT
Purpose Statement: This position is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of a wide variety of training solutions that meet organizational needs across the globe in alignment with the Plexus Training strategy. The incumbent will also have accountability to support learning management systems and processes in order to analyze the effectiveness of such processes and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement to business partners from assigned functions.
Key Job Accountabilities:
- Training development and operations - Partner with the Plexus training community to design, develop, implement and support training solutions that meet organizational needs across the globe, including instructional design, material development, facilitation, and assessment as required for assigned areas.
- Project management - Effectively manage multiple training projects by clarifying project objectives, setting timetables and schedules, conducting analysis, developing and organizing information, communicating project status and issues, and resolving concerns.
- Data analysis - Utilize the Learning Management Systems to collect, analyze, and summarize data and trends related to training activities.
- System administration and translation services - Provide LMS administration and, as needed, translation services, to ensure alignment of global training content with Plexus system design and architecture.
- Continuous improvement - Identify, recommend, and develop process, policy, and procedural improvements related to assigned areas of Plexus training program administration.
Education/Experience Qualifications:
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
- A combination of education, experience, and time in field will be taken into consideration, and internal candidates may have distinct requirements tailored to their demonstrated skills and contributions within the organization.
Other Qualifications:
- Robust background in designing and delivering specialized technical training programs.
- Proven record of developing tailored curriculum and facilitating immersive learning experiences with use of understanding instructional design principles as well as advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment. Minimal physical activity is generally involved, emphasizing the importance of good posture and ergonomic workplace arrangements.
Travel Requirements:
- Less than 10%
