Role Summary: The Senior Training Specialist is a key player in the development, coordination, execution, and documentation of comprehensive training programs designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of Flowserve’s internal and external customers. Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Content Development: Create, revise, and facilitate web-based training, instructor-led classroom training, and virtual training programs. Act as a subject matter expert in developing course materials and content relevant to the field of expertise.
- Program Management: Oversee all training metrics, desired course outcomes, evaluations, and feedback. Establish and implement processes and methodologies to ensure the effectiveness and continuous improvement of Flowserve’s training programs.
- Trainer Coordination: Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts to ensure consistency and quality in training delivery. Facilitate communication and scheduling among trainers to optimize training resources.
- Material Maintenance: Regularly update existing training materials and equipment to ensure relevance and accuracy, adapting to new models, processes, and software updates.
- Validation and Testing: Conduct regular validation testing of workshop activities to ensure training effectiveness and alignment with current industry standards.
