Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and modern Learning & Development Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will be a pivotal figure in transforming our sales representatives into revenue-generating powerhouses. You will stay closely connected with sales teams, providing essential training and coaching to enhance their skills and performance.
You Will:
- Training Employees: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new and existing employees.
- Coaching Representatives: Provide targeted coaching to sales representatives in need, helping them improve their performance and achieve their goals.
- Product and Feature Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest product and feature developments to ensure accurate and effective training.
- Sales Skill Development: Utilize your sales experience to help representatives refine their talk tracks, tool usage, and value propositions.
- Curriculum Delivery: May deliver training curriculums to other teams as needed.
Your Background:
- Prior experience in a Sales Management role at Pitney Bowes
- 3+ years experience as a Learning & Development Instructor providing sales training and coaching.
- In-depth knowledge of Pitney Bowes sales processes, systems, and products
- Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to tailor coaching and training to individual needs.
- Up-to-date knowledge of product and feature developments.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on long-term business growth.
